Because all products are custom-made from your photo, our refund policy is different from standard retail items. Please read carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation (Before Production)

You may request a full refund within 48 hours (2 days) after placing your order, as long as production has not started.

Once production begins, the order can no longer be canceled.

Custom-Made Products (After Production Starts)

All our products are personalized and made specifically for you.
Once production has started, refunds, returns, or cancellations are not accepted, except in the cases listed below.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

• Damaged during shipping, or
• Significantly different from what was ordered (wrong person, wrong size, wrong product),
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.
We will carefully review the case and offer an appropriate solution, such as:
• A replacement, or
• A partial or full refund (if applicable)

Likeness Disclaimer

Our figurines are handmade artworks, not mass-produced items.
While our artists carefully refine details to achieve the best possible likeness based on your photo, minor differences in facial features, body proportions, or clothing details may occur.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the handmade nature of this product.

Requests based solely on subjective preferences or expectations (e.g. “not exactly the same as imagined”) are not considered defects.

Exchanges

Because each piece is custom-made, we do not offer exchanges once production has started.

European Union Customers

In accordance with EU consumer law, custom-made or personalized products are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period once production has begun.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
